The Professor and Chief: Mini adventures.

The Professor flipped a switch on his TARDIS console, which music began to play, filling the room. Despite his love of literature and TARDIS layout, he loved Rock. "Breaking Benjamin: I will not bow" began to play throughout the large, empty TARDIS.

The Chief closed Anne Frank's diary, the journal he had received from The Professor a few weeks prior to this. Jeffrey sat, nested on his shoulder. He was leaning against the TARDIS console.

The Professor flipped the switch again once the song was over. He cleared his throat and pressed a button, above the button was a microphone. "Chief, Jeffrey!" He said cheerfully. " How about we go get ourselves into some trouble. Not normal trouble, but depth defying, mind boggling possibly life ending trouble!"

The Chief replied. "Might as well, it has been mighty boring lately." Jeffrey awoke on his shoulder.

"Agreed." The Professor said, grinning. His eyes however were tired, sore and angry but his attitude did not reflect this. "Where shall we meet up? Austria during world war two? The middle of an old, drifting spaceship in the middle of no where. Oh who am I kidding, you pick a time and location."

The Chief held a hand up to his chin and thought for a few seconds. "Nothing pops up into my mind, how do you feel Jeffrey?" He turned his head and Jeffrey shook his feathers. "There's too many choices, we're fine with whatever you choose."

"Hm. You're funeral." The Professor said, only slightly joking as he flipped a few levers, pulled and twisted a few nobs and then typed in coordinates. "Tell me Chief, you read Anne Franks diary, you recall the man who brought the family food while they were in that attic correct?"

"Yes I do, why do you ask?" The Chief replied in question.

"Now there's two men and a intelligent crow that give them food and water." The Professor said, slightly gleefully and slightly coldly. His TARDIS materialized two doors down from the Anne Frank house.

" He's here." Anne's father, Otto Frank said slightly as he returned from the small peek out of the drawn blinds in the corner of the room.

The Chief stepped out of his TARDIS once it appeared further down the street from The Professor's. He was wearing an old 1940's styled suit with a pocket watch hanging from his coat pocket and descending down to his pants pocket. He also had a bowler on top of his head.

"Smell that....air" The Professor said, turning his nose up. "Alright, let's get this up to the Frank family." He said quietly, reaching into his TARDIS and pulling out a large crate of food, water, the essentials. He slowly walked up to the door. "Nice to be moving in to such a lovely home, I'm glad they rid it of Jews." He said loudly, making a small diversion so that they could go in, no questions asked.

The Chief remained silent as he aided The Professor with the crate. Remaining silent was the best way in his eyes.

"Upstairs, behind the.. Oh who am I kidding, you read the diary. Knock three times, then two times, then four times and then once. Two second spacing in between each set of knocks." He said silently as he looked around, something seemed out of place.
